That information will help you decide what to do with all the control this rower affords. You can master output, speed and the amount of work you do, while a ten-setting damper puts you in command of air resistance and flow.

It’s amazingly ergonomic, with a seat set at the right height for you to get in and out and enjoy plenty of knee room.
